We are a group of people of all ages who meet to learn and play the ancient strategic board game of Go, known in China as Wéiqí, Korea as Baduk and Japan as Igo. Read more about it here.
Go requires at least as much skill as Chess, but unlike Chess the pieces are all the same and they don't move once played. The rules can all be learnt in a few minutes. Also unlike Chess the board starts empty and is filled as the game progresses.
A unique handicapping system allows an outright beginner to enjoy a challenging game with an experienced player.
